Each year CODS choses to promote a local charity and to help support the local community.

Chosen Charity for 2010

The chosen charity for 2010 is the Gloucestershire Eye Therapy Trust.

Founded in 1976, the Gloucestershire Eye Therapy Trust is dedicated to supporting eye treatment and care in Gloucestershire.

Our purpose is to assist the Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust with the purchase of the best possible new equipment to help in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of eye disease.


Patients are offered the highest quality treatment often resulting in vision being saved or restored.
